One of the advantages of the laser vertical facelift is that there are no incisions placed in the hairline behind the ear and that the position of the sideburn hair in front of her ear is not significantly changed after surgery.
A; First set. 2 weeks after undergoing a laser vertical facelift, endoscopic brow lift, upper and lower blepharoplasty, she looks very good with minimal bruising and swelling.

B; This pre-op picture shows a woman 1 year AFTER have a SMAS facelift by another doctor. She is unhappy with the fullness at the corner of her mouth and neck and did not like that her lower eyelids were pulled down.
The scars in front of her ear and posterior hairline can occur following a SMAS facelift. As Dr. Kulick’s procedure does NOT place incisions in the hairline behind the ear, he did not correct those scars. He did improve the scars in front of her ear.
