Out-of-Town Arrangements
Out - of - town patients can stay
at one of many nearby hotels that
have afforded Dr. Kulick's patients
a reduced rate. These hotels are
within one block of Dr. Kulick's
office, which allows you the opportunity

are available for hire if desired
for out of town patients that do
not have accompanying friends or
