B; This pre-op picture shows a woman 1 year AFTER have a SMAS facelift by another doctor. She is unhappy with the fullness at the corner of her mouth and neck and did not like that her lower eyelids were pulled down.

The scars in front of her ear and posterior hairline can occur following a SMAS facelift. As Dr. Kulick’s procedure does NOT place incisions in the hairline behind the ear, he did not correct those scars. He did improve the scars in front of her ear.

A; First set. 2 weeks after surgery, you can see that the laser vertical facelift did not cause a lot of bruising.

A; Second set. 1 month after surgery, she looks good with correction of the skin folds next to the corners of her mouth and an elevation of her lower eyelids.

A; Third set. 2 years after surgery, she has maintained a smoother look at the corners of her mouth and her lower eyelids remain in a better position following Dr. Kulick’s laser assisted vertical facelift technique.

A; Fourth set. 2 years after surgery, she has improvement in the scars in front of her ear.
