B; This woman did not like the effect of aging of her breasts. She did not want to be bigger, just to raise her breasts and reduce the size of the areolas. Her breasts were also asymmetrical. The reduction in the size of her areola and elevation of her nipple/areola complex provided her a more youthful positioning of her breasts after mastopexy surgery.

A; 1 year after surgery, her breasts are elevated and the areolas are much smaller. The incisions are thin.
