Last week, Elle magazine hosted its annual “Women in Hollywood Awards.” Despite the event being driven by a feminist spirit, the next day, all anyone could talk about or write about was Renee Zellweger’s face.

The 45-year-old actress looked very different to fans who know her best from her earlier movies such as “Jerry Maguire” and “Bridget Jones’s Diary.” Her dramatically different appearance, sparked the Internet’s interest as well as a ton of criticism.

happy fulfilling life

Cosmetic surgeons agree that Zellweger’s transformation could be the result of relatively minor procedures, as well as weight loss and normal aging.
Renee told People magazine, “I’m glad folks think I look different! I’m living a different, happy, more fulfilling life, and I’m thrilled that perhaps it shows.” And later, “My friends say that I look peaceful. I am healthy,” she said. “For a long time I wasn’t doing such a good job with that. I took on a schedule that is not realistically sustainable and didn’t allow for taking care of myself.”

Did Renee have invasive/non-invasive cosmetic surgery? Probably. Does it matter? No!
