This woman in her 30’s wanted her nasal tip thinner. She also wanted to have the hump on her nose reduced. Because her skin was thick, she required cartilage grafts applied as well as reducing extra bone and cartilage from the “full” areas. Her nasal tip cartilages needed to be brought closer together.
After
1 year after surgery she has a narrower nasal tip. Her nose is straight and her dorsal hump is removed.
