This woman is an ideal candidate for a laser vertical facelift and fat sparing, lower eyelid blepharoplasty. She does not have a lot of fine, skin surface irregularities on her cheeks but does have fullness in the naso-labial fold region, fullness in the neck and a tear trough deformity – dark circle shadow under her lower eyelid.
After
6 years after surgery, she has maintained a more youthful appearance. The naso-labial fold is smoother, her neckline still looks better and the lower eyelid, tear trough problem – the pre-surgical dark circle area under her lower eyelid has a lasting improvement.
